What will you be doing
  • Assess home loan applications from conditional approval to formal approval within the credit risk appetite, policies and decision applications.
  • Ensure all risk and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Meet the quality assurance and performance expectations set out for the role.
  • Support your colleagues and contribute to the performance of your team.
  • Bring positivity, energy and flexibility to help create a culture.
  • Be able to work autonomously and demonstrate attention to detail, including having strong data entry skills with a high accuracy rate.
  • Operate effectively in a high-pressure environment while contributing to a fun, energised, dynamic startup culture.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services / non-bank lending industry

  • High proficiency in using computers, origination and credit systems and web applications
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent customer service knowledge
