What will you be doing:
The purpose of the role is to provide superior support to our credit assessment team. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assess home loans applications from conditional approval to formal approval within the credit risk appetite, policies and decision applications within.
- Ensure all risk and compliance standards are maintained.
- Meet the quality assurance and performance expectations set out for the role.
- Support your colleagues and contribute to the performance of your team.
- Bring positivity, energy and flexibility to help create a culture.
- Be able to work autonomously and demonstrate attention to detail, including having strong data entry skills with a high accuracy rate.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment whilst also adding to the culture – a fun, energised, dynamic start up environment.
What we are looking for in you:

- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services / non-bank lending industry
- Experience managing stakeholders with multiple tasks & deadlines
- Professional, organised, able to work autonomously
- Be driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence.
- You have a high degree of competency in using computer, origination and credit systems and web applications.
- You have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service knowledge.
