What will you be doing:

The purpose of the role is to provide superior support to our credit assessment team. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assess home loans applications from conditional approval to formal approval within the credit risk appetite, policies and decision applications within.
  • Ensure all risk and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Meet the quality assurance and performance expectations set out for the role.
  • Support your colleagues and contribute to the performance of your team.
  • Bring positivity, energy and flexibility to help create a culture.
  • Be able to work autonomously and demonstrate attention to detail, including having strong data entry skills with a high accuracy rate.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment whilst also adding to the culture – a fun, energised, dynamic start up environment.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services / non-bank lending industry
  • Experience managing stakeholders with multiple tasks & deadlines

  • You have a high degree of competency in using computer, origination and credit systems and web applications.
  • You have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with excellent customer service knowledge.
