We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator on a full-time basis, 38 hours per week to join our team at YMCA Currimundi Outside School Hours Care.

Overview

The Y Queensland stands together with all people regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or belief. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and the management of a team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team, including Coordinators, Senior Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Regional Manager and the OSHC Manager.

Responsibilities
  • The development of quality programs
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the programs
  • Coordinate staffing and rostering
  • Ensure compliance with policy
  • Undertake administrative requirements
  • Work collaboratively with families and the school community
Qualifications
  • Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children's Services)
  • Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
  • Thrive in delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain them
  • Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
