We are seeking an experienced LWC or Vlocity Salesforce Developer to join our client's growing team and work on dynamic projects in the Australian Government sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries), combined with a deep understanding of government systems and processes. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using LWC and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) technologies.
  • Customise and configure Salesforce applications to meet government sector requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Perform hands-on development, testing, and troubleshooting of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, adhering to best practices and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen – candidates must hold Australian citizenship.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, including data security, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Government sector experience is essential, with a track record of delivering solutions within the public sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Vlocity Certifications).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data management and integration practices for government systems.
