About This Opportunity

Dovida is seeking a permanent, full-time Finance Officer for our Melbourne Outer East office, based in Scoresby. This role includes a mix of accounts receivable and accounts payable. The role primarily focuses on accurately processing and timely paying vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting the team to improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts receivable
  • Process accounts payable
  • Month-end reconciliation and reporting
  • Process monthly client invoicing
  • Prepare administration and financial reports for management, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and operational scorecards
  • Manage aging debtors to ensure invoices are paid within an appropriate timeframe
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Accurate data entry and administration skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Cert II or higher in accounting and bookkeeping (desirable)
