The Opportunity

You will gain exposure across a broad range of financial strategies and work alongside dynamic, motivated and experienced professionals; and, with a good mix of compliance and advisory work, you will continue to build your network and capabilities.

Taking a strong client-centric approach, you will be responsible for providing impactful solutions to a large portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries. You will also make a difference in the lives of our employees, mentoring and developing a team of talented, high performing individuals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing client relationships with a diverse group of clients
  • Providing proactive and tailored business advice
  • Maintaining a high level of business taxation knowledge
  • Reviewing tax returns
  • Financial modelling and analysis
  • Developing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Timely preparation and delivery of management reports
  • Training of junior accountants

About You
  • CA/CPA Qualification
  • 4+ years' tax and business services experience in an Australian accounting practice.
  • Experience with delegating and reviewing the work of others
  • Experience communicating with clients directly
  • You will be comfortable engaging with people both internally and externally and will have a strong technical grounding to support the expertise of the firm.
