We are currently building the best culinary team in the upstate. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and a team player attitude is a must

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
