Following our recent success in securing the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) tender as a specialist refugee provider, Settlement Services International (SSI) has exciting opportunities to join our team delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed employment services across 18 Employment Service Areas in NSW, Victoria, and Queensland, through a hub-and-spoke model that supports refugee communities in their journey towards meaningful employment.

About the Role

The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in the delivery of SSI's Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program funded by the Department of Social Services under the IEA DEED/funding agreement across assigned Employment Services Areas (ESA's).

This position provides strategic oversight and operational direction to ensure high-quality services and outcomes for job seekers, with a focus on people with disability and refugees. The Operations Manager is accountable for service excellence, contract compliance, and the achievement of key performance indicators in accordance with the IEA DEED.
