The Opportunity

We're looking for experiencedOperations Managers to join ourOmnichannel Fulfilment teamin Victoria (West and North). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and capable leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive customer-centric logistics solutions in a dynamic environment.

You'll play a critical role in developing and executing operational strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Lead the team to collectively execute all operational areas of the warehouse (including planning)

Customer liaison to identify, measure, monitor and adapt requirements and KPI's

Investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor improvements; looping in relative stakeholders and SMEs

Ensure compliance with all Maersk policies, safety standards, and legal regulations

Monitor progress, provide performance feedback, and identify training needs

Coach and mentor team members to support their professional development

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Manage disciplinary matters in partnership with HR and management

Support other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership

Who We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of management experience in acontract logistics environment

Experience managing a sizable team, including both direct hires and contractors

Industry exposure tofashion retail and/or FMCGis highly preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams

Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure

Fluent in spoken and written English
