Operions Manager

We're a small but growing HVAC service provider in Melbourne looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our team and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HVAC experience who is ready to step into a leadership role. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our operations, from coordinating our service technicians to ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and schedule our team of HVAC service technicians.
Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations, including job scheduling, client communication, and resource allocation.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets our high standards for quality and safety.
Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our operational workflows to increase efficiency and profitability.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in the HVAC industry, ideally in a service-oriented role.
Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing a team.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
