About the job : Plant Maintenance - Master Data Role

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral) :

Must-Have :

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation / Electrical
  • Experience in Oil & Gas domain for Upstream / Midstream or Refinery Plant Maintenance
  • Experience in Maintenance Master Data Management (Knowledge of Asset updates, Maint Updates, Doc Updates in SAP)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PM module - Technical / Functional
  • Thorough understanding of Engineering Documents (P&ID, Work Instructions, Data sheets, etc.) and operations of O&G operators

Good-to-Have :

Experience in Maintenance & OperationsReliability trained or experiencedUnderstanding of SAP-based developments (CDS views, Query)Knowledge of Automated tools (LSMW or other tools)

Responsibilities and Expectations :

Serve as a focal point between Customer and remote teams, coordinating delivery and quality controlAssist Maintenance Excellence team with SAP data extractions, report generation, user testing, and developing templates for automation (SAP-ready templates)Mentor team members and clarify change requests from the businessCoordinate with Site teams, working with Maintenance Planning, Reliability Engineering, Projects, Operations, and HSEDevelop KPIs and reports for senior managementCarry out projects related to Data Improvements and Data Migrations owned by CMMS teams
