Plant Maintenance Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance across our plant in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

The ideal candidate will be trade qualified, have knowledge and experience in safe working practices, and be able to understand technical drawings. They will also be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a team environment.

  • Maintain plant equipment and facilities to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Plan own maintenance activities without supervision.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and resolve operational or technical issues.
  • Provide troubleshooting expertise as required.
  • Perform modification work and general facility maintenance tasks.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and assist in the development of job procedures.

The successful applicant will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
