Overview

Kitchenhand / Bar Back positions at 8 at Trinity, a leading hospitality venue located at Trinity Point, Lake Macquarie. 2 positions available. Casual & Full Time options available. Immediate start available. 8 At Trinity Restaurant is a brand new operation with 350+ seats at a 5 Star Luxury Waterfront Development overlooking Lake Macquarie.

Located about 30-40 minutes south of Newcastle and 80 minutes north of Sydney.

Responsibilities
  • Support kitchen and bar teams with daily operations and station maintenance.
  • Assist with general kitchen and bar duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Hard working and reliable.
  • Capable of communicating within the kitchen crew.
  • Familiarity with OHS and safe work practices.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Able to comfortably lift 25 kg.
  • Available to work days, evenings and weekends (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).
  • Must be able to work legally in Australia.
