About The Position

The Anchorage has a variety of dining and food offerings across the property, including The Galley Kitchen, Moby's Bar and Poolside Bar.

Duties
  • Cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery and equipment
  • Cleaning of work areas
  • Assist with the set-up of service
  • Sweep and clean floors
  • Ensure appropriate disposal of waste
  • Assist with basic food preparation
Availability

This position will require availability to work a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts during the week. Seasonal peaks occur during summer, public holidays and school holidays; availability during these times is essential.

About You

You are able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Previous experience in a similar role and basic food preparation and knife skills are desirable. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
