The role:
We're looking for a highly organised, detail orientated and proactiveExecutive Sales Support Administrator/ Client Services Administratorto join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with and report to ourHead of Client Partnerships, supporting client relationships and ensuring the final steps of partnerships are delivered seamlessly.
You'll act as the right-hand support to our sales leader – making sure processes are completed, documentation is accurate, and clients receive a smooth, professional experience.
You'll be part of a supportive team where the focus is onquality, consistency, and teamwork, not high-pressure sales.
You'll be working closely with our Head of Client Partnerships to:
- Prepare and finalise sales documentation and agreements with precision
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign) up-to-date and accurate
- Support the end-to-end process of closing deals and tracking follow-through
- Manage client queries, follow-ups, and communications with professionalism
- Assist with reporting, coordination, and cross-entity sales administration
What we're looking for:
- Experience in aPA, EA, client support, or administration role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Resilience and ability to juggle competing priorities
- CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) essential
