Responsibilities
  • Lead customer service and engagement functions. Manage the Shire's customer service team, oversee complaint resolution, and drive initiatives that build trust, strengthen community connections, and enhance ratepayer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional service and shape a positive customer experience to make a meaningful impact on the community.
What We Can Offer You
  • Annual cash salary up to $93,500.59 plus superannuation up to 15%.
  • 9-day fortnight is possible and 19-day month is possible (full-time).
  • 22 days annual leave.
