Carpentry Trainer Position Available

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality training sessions to students, using a variety of delivery methods, including classroom, online, and workplace-based training;
• Developing and maintaining industry relationships to ensure that our training programs remain relevant and up-to-date;
• Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development;
• Contributing to the development of new training products and services, in collaboration with other trainers, assessors, and industry experts;
• Participating in quality assurance activities to ensure that our training programs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A recognised qualification in vocational education and training, such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training;
• Current industry currency and experience in carpentry or a related field;
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality training sessions to students, using a variety of delivery methods;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others;
• Able to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development;
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and other educational technologies;
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
