Our Brisbane Head Office is currently seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping clients and assisting them in building new lives in Australia. We are looking for someone eager to contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a busy legal team and manage a broad range of legal matters, providing valuable experience and growth. Salary : $100,000 to $130,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities- Provide Immigration legal advice and assistance appropriate for client needs
- Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals
- Ensure files are managed appropriately
- Appear in courts and tribunals
- Ensure timely and positive contact with clients
- Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month
- Coach and assist junior team members
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Migration Lawyer with a proven track record in Australian migration law
- A valid Queensland Practising Certificate
- Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional client service
- History of maintaining and forming strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent time management and personal organisation skills with deadline focus
- Ability to maintain a high quality of work at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak a second language would be useful but not essential
- Flexible 9-day fortnight based on performance, along with annual bonus opportunities
