Retail Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager – Townsville

We're looking for a results-driven Retail Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the vibrant Townsville region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive sales of Toyota forklifts and warehouse equipment across the Townsville region
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while building new ones
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Provide expert advice on tailored material handling solutions
  • Work closely with service, parts, and rental teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What you'll bring:

  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment, industrial, or automotive sectors
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Current driver's licence
