About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Mahanidis Chiropractic in Wollongong, NSW. As a casual Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our chiropractors and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Assisting chiropractors in tasks within the clinic, providing support as needed
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensuring the clinic is well-stocked and clean, adhering to control protocols
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient enquiries and concerns
  • Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to deliver a seamless patient experience

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role, preferably in a chiropractic or physical therapy setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all ages.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient confidentiality protocols
  • Proficiency in using computerised patient management systems and office software
  • A genuine interest in chiropractic, healthcare and a commitment to supporting our patients' well-being
  • Flexible and available to work on a week-to-week basis, with the potential to grow into a future role within the practice long-term.
