Support Chiropractic Care

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant. As a casual employee, you will play a vital role in supporting chiropractors and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Assist chiropractors in tasks within the clinic, providing support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and clean, adhering to control protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient enquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role, preferably in a chiropractic or physical therapy setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all ages.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient confidentiality protocols.
  • Proficiency in using computerised patient management systems and office software.
  • A genuine interest in chiropractic, healthcare and a commitment to supporting patients' well-being.
