Mobility Access Modifications is a company based in Preston that specializes in modifying homes for the elderly and mobility impaired. We have over 20 years of experience servicing Melbourne and surrounds.

We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role requires someone with experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, specifically in scheduling trades.

Who you are :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar scheduling role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new systems.
  • Experience with AroFlo and Deputy systems is preferred but not essential.

What you'll do :

  • Schedule and manage installation jobs from quotation to completion.
  • Coordinate, delegate, and follow up with tradesmen regularly.
  • Keep customers informed about their job status.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve grievances effectively.
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally through problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate excellent multi-tasking skills.
