Event Operations Manager Role

This role will assist in the efficient management of our event logistics operations.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service experiences
  • Coordinate team members to maintain operational efficiency and performance standards
  • Operate heavy machinery, manual pallet jacks, and complete physical tasks
Responsibilities:
  • Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements, and facility issues
  • Supervise the Event Operations team members and provide training & development support
  • Ensure effective communication through daily shift briefings and smooth transitions between shifts
  • Foster positive working relationships between departments

We are seeking an experienced supervisor with a proven ability to develop productive workplace relationships, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and relevant certifications or licenses.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring seamless event execution from setup to teardown
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Developing and implementing process improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
