Key Responsibilities:- Develop event ticketing strategies and build timelines in partnership with clients.
- Deliver accurate event builds and provide timely reporting and insights.
- Manage ticketing operations on event days, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead Box Office Staff, post-event reporting, settlements, and operational feedback.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing and promotional strategies.
- Passion for live events and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop new relationships with clients.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth event execution.
