This is a fixed term full-time appointment at 76 hours per fortnight for 2 years contract, with possibility of extension(s).

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

The Procurement Management and Contract Administrator undertakes procurement and contract administration activities for Bentley Health Service (BHS) Surgicentre project, facilitates and/or manages end-to-end works procurement processes for low to medium value and low to medium/high risk repairs and maintenance, minor works, and capital works as well as undertakes all duties in compliance with WA Procurement Rules and Procurement Act 2020, Department of Health (DoH) Procurement and Contract Management Policies, EMHS Procurement and Contract Management Policies and EMHS Delegations and Authorisation Schedules as updated from time to time.
