What you will bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualifications, professional registration/membership as follow, plus significant clinical experience in mental health: a.) Nursing b.) Occupational Therapy c.) Social Worker d.) Psychologist
- Demonstrated skills in mental health and discipline specific assessments and interventions and experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Experience working in a Community Mental Health Treatment Team and/or knowledge of the principles that guide service delivery within this model of practice.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of NSW Mental Health Act, 2007.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and good interpersonal skills.
- Computer competence and literacy.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to use for work purposes
