Job Summary
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2 (without notation).
  • Experience and clinical skills in mental health nursing, working with people with serious mental illness and physical illness related to their condition.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
  • Capacity to provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed person-centred care that is family inclusive and culturally sensitive for individuals accessing mental health services.
  • Effective communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Flexibility to work a varied roster including morning, evening, or night shifts across all days of the week, as required by the unit/service.
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use a vehicle for work purposes.
