Who we're looking for:

We are currently seeking applications from Senior HSE Coordinators who have a proven background in working on large scale commercial and residential high-rise projects across structures, façade, fit out and refurbishments.

As a HSE Coordinator within Multiplex, you will be required to provide Workplace Health Safety and Environmental management and compliance support to the project team and be responsible for developing meaningful and productive relationships with all stakeholders, maintaining records and databases and work with the project team to identify opportunities for improvement.

With the ability to interpret legislation and certification system requirements and implement them into practice and supporting and encouraging subcontractors in the delivery of their scope of works you will interpret programs and ensure activities are planned in advance with required documentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring compliance of WHSE systems and are able to investigate incidents in a timely and thorough manner, ensuring lessons learnt are developed and communicated through the project. Being able to identify, communicate and manage issues in a timely and effective manner will be the key to success in this role.

We are looking for someone who has previous industry experience, solid systems experience with an ability to translate systems into practice, sound knowledge of applicable legislation, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards and other relevant documentation and a demonstrated ability to positively influence and improve Health and Safety outcomes
