Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced HSE Professional to join a growing team, supporting construction and mechanical service projects across various phases.

  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve ISO Management Systems (45001, 9001, 14001)
  • Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and support incident investigations
  • Manage document control systems, ensure version control, and support procedural reviews
  • Coordinate and deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs
  • Prepare reports, manage corrective actions, and maintain risk registers
  • Support Project Managers in project administration tasks including documentation, risk assessments, and claims preparation
  • Maintain records of licenses, inductions, and training
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive compliance and continuous improvement

Candidates should have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, or related discipline, along with 5 years' experience in a similar role within construction, HVAC, or mechanical services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of OH&S legislation and Australian Standards, as well as experience using systems like SharePoint, Aconex, or Hammertech.
