Us too. Think HQ is a fast-growing, award-winning agency committed to positive social change. We're looking for a Copywriter to craft clear, creative, and compelling work that pushes the boundaries of impactful communication and inspires audiences.
About the role
As Copywriter, you'll develop sharp, engaging copy that stands out in integrated campaigns. You'll partner with Art Directors, Designers, and Strategists to build work that cuts across PR, advertising, and digital.
You'll report to our Creative Director, working closely with the team to produce creative that is as effective as it is original. The role offers plenty of opportunity to grow; you'll polish your craft, broaden your creative voice, and help create work that matters.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
- Craft high-quality copy that aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with creative partners to develop integrated ideas.
- Participate in client meetings and creative briefings.
- Create engaging work across film, print, digital, social media, and PR.
- Stay updated on industry trends, content formats, and language innovations.
- Address internal and client feedback thoughtfully.
- Contribute to ideation sessions for campaigns and pitches.
- Have fun while doing it all.
About you
We're looking for someone who brings creativity and craft, not just someone who ticks the boxes. Here's what we'd ideally like to see:
- Around 5 years' agency experience (or you might be a junior ready to step up).
- A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across channels and formats.
- Proven experience in concept development and copywriting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (AWARD School / Shift D&AD / Western Sydney Ad School a bonus).
- Sharp attention to detail, grammar, and tone.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confidence to present ideas internally and to clients.
- Collaborative energy, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
