Customer Reporting & Insights Manager | Adelaide CBD

Are you someone who asks the tough questions, digs deep into the numbers, and has the confidence to stand by your insights?


We're seeking a Customer Reporting & Insights Manager to join our team in Adelaide. This role is at the heart of how we engage with our clients & internal stakeholders — ensuring performance, compliance, and insights are clear, accurate, and actionable.


The Role
  • Producing regular reports for government, leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Translating complex data into meaningful, stakeholder-specific insights.
  • Investigating the "why" behind the numbers, not just reporting them.
  • Leading with conviction — strong in character and able to influence.
  • Building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and internal teams.

What we're looking for
  • A strong, analytical thinker with emotional intelligence.
  • Skilled at managing complex stakeholder relationships (government reporting experience is a bonus).
  • Someone who can balance data depth with the ability to communicate the story behind it.
  • A professional who thrives in high-accountability environments and stands firm in their convictions.
