**The Role**:
As the **Training and Reporting Manager **, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our team's performance by designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and reporting mechanisms. Your expertise in training methodologies and reporting techniques will enable us to achieve our strategic goals and ensure continuous improvement across the organization.
This role is based in **Adelaide, SA.
**Responsibilities**:
- To manage the training & development program for the Operations Centre
- Action and direct all new starter training within the centre.
- Assist team leaders with training requirements in relation to ongoing development.
- Complete routine side-by-side coaching sessions with the team.
- Manage the quality & productivity reporting for the operations centre.
- Drive continued improvement in our overall customer satisfaction with our clients.
- Develop and manage all entry pathways into the operations centre through pathways such as university engagement, indigenous partnerships & other CSR pathways.
- Partner with department heads and managers to ensure training initiatives are integrated into departmental goals and performance management processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and reporting, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers/facilitators to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training experiences.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts, as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Adult Education (eg Cert IV TAE or equivalent) or relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in managing and undertaking training needs analysis.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design techniques.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to measure training effectiveness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
