The Role

The Commercial & Marketing Assistant provides essential administrative, operational, and commercial support to the Marketing team. This role ensures the flawless execution of launches, events, and retail activities while maintaining high standards of efficiency and organisation in line with the prestige of our luxury fragrance brands. The position is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in luxury beauty and fragrance. You will gain exposure across marketing, trade, digital, retail, and commercial functions, working in a fast-paced and collaborative team.

ResponsibilitiesCommercial Support

• Maintain sell-in and sell-out data, compile weekly and monthly trackers for internal and global reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of retailer presentations, launch packs, and business reviews.
• Support budget management: process invoices, track spend, reconcile costs against campaigns.
• Follow up on newness (NPD) orders, update trackers, and support monthly sales reporting.
• Provide data support for forecasting and ordering processes.

Marketing Support

• Assist in the coordination of product launches, activations, and retailer campaigns.
• Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials): track inventory, ensure timely distribution, and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse.
• Support the execution of in-store activations, events, and masterclasses through logistics, supplier liaison, and on-site assistance.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and agencies for print production, gifting, and deliveries.
• Provide logistics support for press sends and PR seeding.
• Social media scheduling and help with content creation.

Administration & Operations

• Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met.
• Organise couriers, product dispatches, and SRT fulfilment for boutiques and retailers.
• Support the Marketing Manager with scheduling, minute-taking, and approvals.
• Ensure all brand assets, trackers, and documents are consistently updated and archived.
• Build and format retailer decks, launch presentations, and reporting documents.

Profile & Skills

• 1–2 years' experience in marketing, commercial, or administrative support (luxury, beauty, fashion, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to reporting systems is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Passion for the luxury fragrance and beauty industry, with an understanding of brand storytelling and retail excellence.
