Job Role

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled individual to join our team as a Commercial Marketing Assistant.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Marketing team, assisting in launches, events, and retail activities while maintaining high standards of efficiency and organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining sell-in and sell-out data for internal and global reporting.
  • Support in retailer presentations, launch packs, and business reviews.
  • Track spend and reconcile costs against campaigns.
  • Follow up on newness orders and update trackers.
  • Provide data support for forecasting and ordering processes.
Marketing Support
  • Coordinate product launches, activations, and retailer campaigns.
  • Manage Point of Sale Materials: track inventory and ensure timely distribution.
  • Support in-store activations, events, and masterclasses through logistics and supplier liaison.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and agencies for print production and deliveries.
  • Provide logistics support for press sends and PR seeding.
  • Schedule social media content and assist with creation.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and track deadlines.
  • Organise couriers, product dispatches, and SRT fulfilment.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with scheduling and minute-taking.
  • Ensure all brand assets, trackers, and documents are consistently updated and archived.
  • Build and format retailer decks and launch presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in marketing, commercial, or administrative support (luxury, beauty, fashion, or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills.
