Graduate Civil Engineer role in WA with SRG Global, offering FIFO roster, hands-on project experience, and career progression in civil construction.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and organising project documents, including drawings, dockets, and registers, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitoring on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
  • Reviewing and interpreting project drawings to ensure site activities align with project requirements.
  • Assisting Senior Engineers with procurement, ensuring materials and resources are available when needed.
  • Familiarising with and enforcing compliance with the Site Specification and drawings.
  • Actively participating in Prestart and Toolbox Talks, promoting safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensuring Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists are signed off promptly for seamless project progression.
  • Compiling and maintaining quality assurance (QA) documentation, assisting Senior Engineers with submission processes.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, cost factors, and construction methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participating in training programs and professional development opportunities.
  • Supporting the project team with any additional tasks as required.
About you

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the civil construction sector.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge.
