Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales representative to represent our company in the sales of off-plan and newly completed homes in a new and vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build quality relationships with clients, focusing on empathy and rapport while closing sales.
  • Guide and nurture clients through the entire sales process, maintaining their pipeline and activities live in CRM software.
  • Participate in events, functions, and presentations to promote display homes and sales office.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related contractual documentation, assist with producing sales reports, and contribute to sales and project meetings.
  • Be flexible and demonstrate a strong desire to help clients achieve their dream lifestyle.

Requirements:

  • Absolutely passionate about sales with a high level of customer journey experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously, support multiple clients, and manage several tasks at the same time.
  • Strong communication, excellent listening skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Love creating solutions to challenges and supporting the whole team's success.
  • Sound Microsoft skills - Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Understanding of CRM systems & Pipeline management.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, passionate, and result-driven.
