We are inviting applications from passionate educators for the position of Secondary Classroom Teacher at the Joshua Centre, Tyabb campus, starting Term 1, 2026. This role is suited for teachers committed to Christian education and supporting autistic learners.

Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Start: Term 1, 2026

The successful candidate will have experience in autistic education, with the ability to teach across Years 7 to 9. Classes are small (up to 12 students) and supported by a full-time aide, ensuring a supportive learning environment. The role offers flexibility in FTE to accommodate different work arrangements.

The Joshua Centre, opened in 2022, is a specialized facility supporting students on the Autism spectrum with differentiated programs tailored to sensory needs. Our goal is for students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, living full and purposeful lives.

Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non-denominational school with campuses in Tyabb, Carrum Downs, and Mt. Martha, offering education from K-12. The school values long-term educational outcomes, Christian principles, and preparing students for a changing world.
