The successful candidate will be passionate about education support and have experience working with students in a Secondary classroom setting. We have a full-time (part-time negotiable), permanent role available working from Monday to Friday at our Tyabb campus.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Secondary classroom aides to be a part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non–denominational College with campuses located at Tyabb, Carrum Downs, and Mt. Martha offering education from K – 12.

The Classroom Aide will assist and support the classroom teacher working under direction. They will help build an effective learning environment by working with teachers to support a differentiated curriculum that meets varying learning styles and provide individualised or small group instruction. The classroom teachers are responsible for the education, control and behaviour management of the students.
