What does the job look like?

As the Logistics Team Coordinator, you will oversee daily warehouse activities and coordinate a high-performing team to ensure productivity, priorities, and standards are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily activities of the logistics team
  • Allocating tasks and monitoring team performance for efficient workflow
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock movements
  • Collaborating with the National Logistics Manager to identify training and development needs
