Expect this and more when you join Linfox Armaguard Group.What does the job look like?As the Logistics Team Coordinator you will oversee day to day warehouse activities, coordinate a high performing team to ensure work productivity/ priorities and standards are met. Key areas include:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the logistics team
  • Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements
  • Work closely with National Logistics Manager to identify training and development needs of team members

  • Previous experience in a similar role in warehousing/ logistics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • High level of energy and a passion to achieve results
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise staff
