Providing leading recruitment solutions across Retail, Business & Corporate Banking NSW, QLD & VIC
Base pay rangeA$90,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Assess both direct & third party, secured home loan applications
- Assess borrower profiles, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to determine creditworthiness and risk levels
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments, identifying mitigating factors
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and make informed recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends, adapting credit policies and procedures
- Proven experience as a Credit Analyst, with a strong background in home lending credit
- Current hold or previously held a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA or DCA)
- Experience assessing and making recommendations for PAYG and self-employed loan structures
- Strong numerical literacy
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is highly desirable
