Join Allinto as our next NDIS Services Manager and shape the future of person-centred, high-impact support services. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of our Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching programs and lead a talented national team toward excellence, inclusion, and measurable impact.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in overseeing day-to-day service delivery while contributing to strategic direction, compliance & quality improvements, and long-term sustainability.
What You'll Be Doing
As our NDIS Services Manager, you will :
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple Service streams, supporting Regional Leads to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Coach and mentor Regional Leads and frontline managers to drive person-centred supports, improved participant outcomes, and team performance.
- Oversee financial performance, reporting, and viability, using data to guide operational decisions and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding requirements, and internal quality systems.
- Lead quality and process improvement initiatives, support cross-functional collaboration, and represent Allinto with key external stakeholders.
