THE POSITION

  • Assist the Head Chef with stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring, and training by supervising the team.
  • Monitor and oversee food production and menu-based catering on site.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls and maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Use first-class produce, ensure all catering controls are in place, and minimize wastage.
  • Deliver a premium experience to our clients and customers, meeting high expectations.

THE PERSON

  • Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
  • Previous leadership experience and a positive work culture mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
  • Availability to work various hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
  • Creative flair and passion for culinary innovation.

** Successful candidates will be required to pass an ASIC security clearance as part of onboarding.
