We're on the lookout for passionate and reliable chefs to join our kitchen team as we head into a busy period.

We're Hiring:
Chef de Partie (Full-Time) – Someone confident on pans, grill, or larder, who can lead a section and maintain quality and pace
Commis Chef (Casual) – A developing chef with solid basics and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen

What We're Looking For:

- A love for quality food and consistent presentation
- Calm and collaborative under pressure
- Reliable and flexible with availability (nights/weekends)
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Experience in high-volume pub/bistro settings is a bonus
