The Role

You will lead and inspire our Retail Teams across (State / s) to deliver amazing experiences for our customers and to drive business outcomes for (state / s).

  • Lead and embed culture that builds a team of engaged Brand and product ambassadors.
  • Enable and develop performing teams who are customer first, people focused and results driven.
  • Build capability within your Area Managers that enables performance and collaborate with your Group partners to build an internal talent pipeline for future succession.
  • Partner with your VM Team to execute the Brand plan and to deliver consistent store experiences across your state.
  • Embed customer excellence whilst growing results through clear direction and operational excellence.
