You have at least 5 years of experience in coaching, training, or leadership. You're comfortable leading and working one-on-one and are happy to work autonomously. If you're passionate about helping people grow, adapt, and flourish, we'd love to connect with you.

About The Role

We are building a global network of experienced freelance trainers, coaches, and consultants. We seek individuals passionate about sharing knowledge and developing people. You are outgoing, well-organized, a self-starter, empathetic, and comfortable coaching and inspiring others online. You will join a global team and support people with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include

  • Implement strategic recruitment initiatives to identify top talent (Training Provided)
  • Conduct professional interviews using structured scripts and digital platforms
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing to generate high-quality leads
  • Guide candidates through onboarding with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with a dynamic global team across various time zones
  • Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
  • Provide 1-on-1 coaching/mentoring to team members, usually online via Zoom, inspiring them to reach their potential
  • Contribute to our growing global community
