(HEO5) $82,922 - $92,203 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed-term, full-time position available until December 2026.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a focus on administration and event coordination.

Under general direction, the Global Intelligence and Engagement Officer will coordinate international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events in collaboration with relevant teams across the Division and beyond.

The officer will also assist in preparing engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and communication materials to support the university's global engagement activities.

To be successful, you will need:

  1. Experience in planning and managing visits and events, including understanding of official etiquette.
  2. Experience in preparing briefs, reports, strategy documents, and formal correspondence.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence with senior executives.
  5. Strong relationship management skills and experience working with key stakeholders.
