We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service/Admin professional to step into a Client Care Coordinator (3IC) role. This permanent full-time position reports to and supports the Frontline Team Leader QLD to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient daily operations across 13 clinics in QLD.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high-quality customer service and client care across the region
  • Assisting with rostering and providing coverage as needed
  • Supporting and enhancing clinic operations across the region
  • Providing training and support to the Client Care team
  • Supporting local area marketing event planning and logistics
  • Acting as 3IC for the region

Qualifications and skills for success:

  • Experience in client care and administration, preferably in a multi-site environment (healthcare experience highly regarded)
  • Flexibility and a proactive, adaptable approach
  • Ability to travel between clinics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and potential for future leadership roles
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
