About the role

As the Rodd & Gunn Concession Manager at our Myer Southland store, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales for our premium menswear brand. This full-time role requires managing all operational aspects of the Rodd & Gunn concession, from staff rostering and product ordering to visual merchandising and loss prevention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management within the fashion or luxury goods industries.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rodd & Gunn concession, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
  • Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Rodd & Gunn head office team on strategic initiatives
What we\'re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and implement data-driven strategies
  • Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
  • Passion for the Rodd & Gunn brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
