About the role

A part-time opportunity has become available for a Concession Manager to join Rodd & Gunn Concession at DJ Doncaster. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining exceptional customer service and leading the store team. This is an excellent chance to develop your retail management skills within a premium brand.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead and motivate to deliver outstanding customer service
  2. Oversee store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation
  3. Supportthe implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
  4. Contribute to roster planning and staff training to ensure the team is equipped to succeed
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales transactions as needed
  6. Contribute to the achievement of store targets and Key Performance Indicators

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  4. Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve and work well under pressure
  5. Passion for the Rodd & Gunn brand and a commitment to delivering premium customer experiences
  6. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
